本土+3！為遊覽車旅行團相關 台南某醫院累計5人確診

【NOW健康 葉立斌／台北報導】中央流行疫情指揮中心在今（9）日宣布新增3例本土個案，74例境外移入，其中54例為航班落地採檢陽性。

今日的3例本土為1例男性、2例女性，依縣市區分，台南2例、高雄1例，全數與屏東東港遊覽車旅遊團相關。

復健者傳給藥事人員 台南某醫院5人確診

今日新增的案21083、21084兩人為台南某醫院的藥事人員，為21031等需復健的確診者之醫院服務。兩人在3月7日擴大快篩採檢陽性，且有咳嗽、喉嚨痛等症狀，兩人Ct值為17.9與18.4。醫院全數PCR採檢陰性。高雄的案21082為餐廳員工（案20939）的妹妹，是位小學生，3月8日出現發燒、流鼻水等症狀採檢確診，Ct值為14.2。屬於隔離期間採檢確診，無社區風險，不需公布足跡。

另外指揮中心發言人莊人祥補充，今日有1位境外移入案21061為40多歲印度籍男性，為某餐廳員工，於2月10日採用春節檢疫專案中「14+7」的A方案入境，2月24日解除隔離前PCR採檢陰性。但因3月10日公布某商旅有群聚感染，當事人是同樓層房客必須召回採檢，當時PCR便驗出陽性，Ct值為27。莊人祥表示，本案暫列境外移入，已匡列他服務的餐廳員工共4人，檢驗仍在進行中。

落地採檢陽性率偏高 昨日5.33%陽性率

7日開始放寬檢疫日期後，入境人數偏多。指揮中心表示，昨（8）日採檢14航班，共1013人，有54人確診，陽性率為5.33%。今日上午採檢5航班，共407人，有1人確診，陽性率為0.25%。另外有關台大公衛學者陳秀熙建議未來可逐步解封，分國家開放，例如先開放歐洲與北美觀光客入境，且可依照旅客的疫苗接種數，縮短檢疫時間或免居家檢疫。莊人祥表示將會向他請益，但仍需要依照境外國際疫情做審慎思考。
