美職FA不等於大合約 王建民談農場

中信兄弟二軍投手教練王建民過去選手時期從小聯盟養成、走過薪資仲裁，有9個球季在大聯盟出賽，對於自由市場的感受不同，MLB的自由球員制度是年資6年自動成為FA、不須宣告動作，「自由身」不一定等於大合約、也可能意味著沒頭路或更小合約，王建民談到農場競爭力。

9日鹽埔中信園區基地受訪，王建民說，美國職棒選手除非有長約，否則幾乎都是1年1簽，「球員是真的自由，美國沒有離隊證明，美國是（FA年資）時間到了就跟其他隊談。」

美職選手升上大聯盟的前3個年度是球團擁有升降權，球團完全掌握年薪要加多少，年資3年獲得薪資仲裁資格，也是大幅加薪的機會，但通常這時間點，球團會思考是否值得續約加薪，否則釋出機率會提高。

王建民認為，大聯盟制度也是長時間去養成，現在的美職市場大，台灣與美國的FA制度、方式當然會差很多。

美職球團運用自由市場與農場相互競爭，推擠出球團戰力。

王建民說，美職球團選手最少200人起跳，每年差不多要釋出30多名選手，競爭很激烈，農場深度也很不同。

CPBL雖然近年來FA選手流動很少，王建民認為，「現在每個球隊都有二軍，看到進步的地方。」

王建民現在工作是農場投手養成，學生盃賽是打短期，進職棒則是要調整「怎樣連續出賽」，養成選手需要時間，重點是讓年輕球員「選手生命長一點」。
